Site: Index → Research Centers→ Powder Metallurgy Research Center(P/M RC)   As one of the research centers in Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Research Group (NIN), Powder Metallurgy Research Center(P/M RC) has been involving in the research of powder metallurgy materials since 60s. Great progress has already been made on refractory metals, metallic porous materials, Ti, Zr powder and powder metallurgy Ti，Zr alloys. 112 projects have been finished, 1 monograph published, 10 national standards established and more than 40 key achievements have been gained.   There is a group of high professional researchers at different age in this center. More than 100 specialized equipments have been installed such as ultra-high temperature vacuum sintering furnace, high temperature hydrogen sintering furnace, HIPing machine, SPEX 8000M high energy ball miller and laser particle size analyzer.
