  Xi’an Advanced Materials Park Co., Ltd. is the main body of the construction and management of the Xi’ an Advanced Materials Park. It is sponsored by Zhejiang Innovation Investment Co., Ltd, Northwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research (NIN), Zhejiang Huifeng Investment Management Co., Ltd and other two shareholders with registered capital of 30 million RMB. Prof. Zhou Lian, academician of CAE and president of Chinese Materials Research society (C-MRS)，is the honorary chairman. The park is mainly researched on key industrialization direction in the field of new materials. Through industrial operation, new type incubator of enterprises and model base for industrialization, it forms finally the professional scientific and technological park in first-class within 5 years.
  This is the first professional scientific and technological Park in western region engaged in the new materials development and production, located in Tangyan Road to the east, Keji Road to the north. It covers 370 acre and became the main part of ten parks and one base of the Xi’ an New and High-tech Development Zone.
  It is divided into two parts in the new material park: incubator and the industrialization. Among them, the incubator part covers 30 acre. And science and technology building with 50000m2 will be built in the future. This new building will provide the place for R & D, incubator and service system. At the same time, the industrialization part covers 340 acre. And 15 new material enterprises will be built, face to electronic and information materials, function materials , nano-materials and new type structure materials.
  Main business:
  a. Real estate management: construction of building A and building B of Huajing Commerce Square within 3 years, the total constructive area of 60000 m².
  b. Investment: speed up the project by the way of stock held and stock reform.
  c. Service: Provides technology agency, project demand, information exchange, personnel training, investment and financing service and property management, etc..
